The venue for the Grade R children is at The Yard - Preparatory Academy.   The Head of Department Foundation Phase, oversees the Grade R classes on a regular basis and trains and monitors the educators and children. The benefit of the introduction of a Grade R as part of the school’s Foundation Phase is that many of the new Grade i children will have been well prepared for their ‘big school’ next year.
